In Egyptian mythology, the Sphinx doesn't have wings

Explanation

The depiction of the Sphinx with the wings of an eagle is exclusive to Greek mythology. The Egyptian mythology on the other hand often depicted it as a man who was a representation of strenght and ferocity, usually of a pharaoh.
