In China, traffic primarily runs on the left side of the road

Explanation

Mainland China uses right-hand traffic (RHT), meaning vehicles drive on the right side of the road. The exceptions are the special administrative regions of Hong Kong and Macau, which continue to drive on the left (LHT), a legacy of British and Portuguese colonial rule.
